Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

LOCAL DELIVERY:

We are now offering Local Delivery within a 20km radius of our office in North Vancouver. Purchases over $100.00 will qualify for free delivery and purchases under $100.00 will be charged a $5.00 delivery fee. At checkout, once you select this option we will be in touch via email to arrange the perfect time for you to get your Slate items. Due to Covid, all deliveries will be contactless, we will not be entering apartment buildings or homes during this time. We will only drop off your order when you are home to receive the package to ensure nothing is misplaced or stolen. 

If you are outside of our 20km radius, this option will not show up for you. Please feel free to reach out at hello@slatewearables.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping:

All purchases will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and information.

Slate Wearables is not responsible for any additional custom or duty fees.

Free Shipping on all purchases over $300.00.

Return & Exchange Policy:

At this time we are unable to provide full refunds.

We are happy to accept your returns for an online store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, email your order number and reason for return to hello@slatewearables.com. Your request will be approved if it meets the following guidelines:

  • The condition of the item must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with the original tags on.
  • Any item purchased at a discounted price of 20% or more will not be accepted. Items discounted under 20% will be eligible for an exchange or store credit (non-refundable). 20% off or more is final sale. 
  • Items past the 7 day period will not be eligible for an exchange.

If the customer chooses to return or exchange a product, they will be responsible for the shipping, handling fees and any custom charges back to our address in Vancouver, Canada. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return. Please be sure to use  tracked shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Slate Wearables has the right to refuse a return or exchange on any products that do not abide to our Return & Exchange Policy. These items will be shipped back to the sender at their expense. Exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.

We understand that online shopping can be tricky, we encourage you to take your measurements before you make your purchase and refer to our Slate Size GuideHave further sizing questions? Please email hello@slatewearables.com with your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will be happy to assist you further to find the perfect fit.

We will always quality check your items before sending them out the door, but if for any reason it may be damaged, shoot us a message at hello@slatewearables.com and we will quickly resolve the issue.
