Return & Exchange Policy:
At this time we are unable to provide full refunds.
We are happy to accept your returns for an online store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, email your order number and reason for return to email@example.com. Your request will be approved if it meets the following guidelines:
- The condition of the item must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with the original tags on.
- Any item purchased at a discounted price more than 20% will not be accepted. Items discounted under 20% will be eligible for an exchange or store credit (non-refundable). 20% off or more is final sale.
- Items past the 7 day period will not be eligible for an exchange.
If the customer chooses to return or exchange a product, they will be responsible for the shipping, handling fees and any custom charges back to our address in Vancouver, Canada. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return. Please be sure to use tracked shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Slate Wearables has the right to refuse a return or exchange on any products that do not abide to our Return & Exchange Policy. These items will be shipped back to the sender at their expense. Exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.
At this time we do not accept returns for international orders due to shipping costs and lead times. All orders made outside Canada + USA are final sale.
We understand that online shopping can be tricky, we encourage you to take your measurements before you make your purchase and refer to our Slate Size Guide. Have further sizing questions? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will be happy to assist you further to find the perfect fit.
We will always quality check your items before sending them out the door, but if for any reason it may be damaged, send us a message at email@example.com and we will quickly resolve the issue.
